I was a patron of wash, shake, wag for the last two years. My partner at time would take her poodle mix for grooming about every 6 weeks. The job was always skillfully done and service was prompt. A couple months ago she went to pick him up and noticed he had on a different collar. The clerk apologized and said they had inadvertently sent his collar home with someone else and would contact that person. On a side note. We do not keep any of our clients personal info on file, other than a phone number. A home delivery request may not have been out of the question. All we would have needed is a call from you. Unfortunately we are not psychic groomers 😢
My little dog is "tempermental" the staff is very patient and great with him
I have been bringing my little boy Mongo here at least once every other month. He loves the girls here, especially Kristen! Would never recommend any other place...well besides Metropawlitan, same owners though so they really know how to run a business!!!

While my dog was washed good, we were quoted the wrong price when we dropped her off for a bath. The nice lady who worked there asked how much our dog weighed (80 lbs.) and she quoted us $34.99 (just a bath and nail clip), but she called 45 minutes later and said she was wrong, and that she called the owner, and the owner said it would be $50 plus tax (which is $10 more than my normal place charges, but it was Sunday and we just wanted to get it done.) I use the full service and was very happy the two ladies there are so nice and friendly and welcoming and my dog looks great and smells fabulous it's by far the best grooming place I found in San Antonio
