I went through the carwash and the guy that was scrubbing my car with the brush took the brush and rammed it into my vent visor breaking it into pieces and said oh my bad the owner refused to do anything about it
Owner's son said his dad does not exist anymore I said oh really the other employees said he was out of town then he said yeah my dad's in Florida I said Oh I thought your dad was in North Carolina he goes he's in South Carolina so does he not exist or is he in South Carolina his son is running the business in the ground one of the workers took a scrub brush and ripped off and broke a vent visor on my son's car the owner would not even return a phone call over a week later my son track down the owner son and he said that he ... read more

Their machine broke my door handle off and then the owner basically called me a liar and said he wasn’t responsible. He said he’d look at the cameras and when he came back from looking at them he told me there were scratches on my door that he could see therefore there’s previous damage so it’s not his fault. I showed him a picture I took of my truck yesterday after I plasti dipped it where there were no visible scratches and he still denied it. terrible customer service
I’ve been coming here almost every day for about a year. Today their machine broke my door handle off, I asked to speak with the owner about the issue. He basically told me that I was a liar and that he was going to look at the cameras. I told him to go ahead. When he came back he told me that he seen there were some scratches on my door which would qualify as previous damage therefore he is not responsible. 1. Went through the car wash last Wednesday, my passenger side mirror came off in the car wash (just the mirror, not the whole assembly). Returned about an hour later and it was found, crushed, inside the car wash. The gentleman working took my name and number, I was told not to worry, the owner will make it right. I never received a call back. I returned today, the owner was not in.
