THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! I TRIED FIR A FULL MONTH TO CANCEL MY CARD AND EVERY WORKER THEY HAD SAID THAT THEY DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO CANCEL IT AND THE MANAGER WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD DO IT AND I WENT THERE AT LEAST 8x DURING THE MONTH AND NEVER CAUGHT THE MANAGER THERE EVEN ON TIMES WHEN THEY TOLD HE WOULD BE THERE AND THEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN THE NEXT MONTH ON THE DAY THE MONEY WAS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT AND THEY STILL WOULDN’T REFUND ME AND I HADN’T EVEN USED THE SEVICE SO LESSON LEARNED THEY ARE NOT GONNA GIVE YOUR ... read more
This place is a joke. Told them I just wanted a regular wash and they are charging me 40$a month since September. What kind of business is this? It’s unfair to take people’s money when I didn’t want a membership. This place sucks
I was talked into a monthly plan (GOLD) for my personal auto, and told if I didn't want it to cancel before the same date on the following month. I washed my vehicle once during that time which could have been as much as I needed. I thought it was cancelled on 9/25, and on the day they charged my acct (10/8), I called to let them know I thought it was cancelled and did not wish to renew. They refused to refund/cancel the membership. We wash many autos there for 17.00 each month (maybe 10). We will move to Crew when it opens... read more
