The first time I used it with the coupon they mailed out and it was pretty good. But when I tried it again in October I very upset. Even with the scrubbing they do before you go through the washer, my car was still filthy. Even the windows still had dirt on them. I will not go there again. The guys need to pay attention to their job and stop talking so much.
The vacumes were clogged up and half of them were not working
First time utilizing these services on Sunday both my husband and myself. The machinery malfunctioned causing my husband's vehicle to derail somehow while the system kept moving. My vehicle then rear-ended my husband's several times before the machines were finally turned off. A report was made by the staff along with a police report. The young staff were very nice although, the Manager was supposed to contact me the next day and did not. today was horrible the dude with curly blonde hair is rude as hell and will even talk down to you. I've been a customer since they opened but I'll find another place now .
Wash N Roll is the best wash in town. The manager (Conner) convinced me to spend the $18 to get the platinum plus wash. Best $18 I've ever spent. My car looks as good as it did the day I bought it.
I have been to Wash N Roll multiple times and have always left very satisfied with the way my car looks. Conner, the attendant at the entrance is always very kind and helps me get through the wash in a timely manner. The rest of the staff does their part as well to make my visit a good one. 5 stars!!!
