Someone I know that doesn't have Facebook takes her truck there about every week. She asked me to make this post for her. She was there one day and no one else but Justice showed up for work. He was handling all of the customers as well as washing, in a timely manner, with a good attitude, all by himself! He also cleaned my windshield to perfection, and it was really dirty! Horrible staff and service. The machinery is always breaking when you are in the tunnel, and the tunnel is constantly skipping a section of the wash!!!
This place is the best! Had the bronze wash as a VIP Member for a long time and Bald Eagle 🦅 convinced me to switch to the platinum plus for a month and my car has never looked better! If you ever happen to have a problem he’s the one to see!
Tried to cancel my membership it wont let me. If they charge my card I see a lawyer in my future
my truck didn't come clean on the first time through. the manager saw it and sent me back through free of charge
My car was damaged there on Feb 3..the side mirror was left hanging off and the mirror was cracked! A report was made and said they would contact me in 48 hrs. Nope they didn't do that..my husband and I went down on the third day (after waiting the 48 hrs) they then gave us the # for "one of the regional managers (Dillon)"PH NUMBER..we left him a vm..he returned that vm with a text..saying he would get it taking care of..Nope he didn't do it either! Gave them a dozen tries and is still terrible, doesn’t Even come close to cleaning the vehicle! You can get a cleaner car and a touchless carwash if that says anything
