As with everything, this was initially pretty decent and over time has been optimized to be run as lean as possible while charging as much as possible. But that’s fine, I still thought it was worth it so I kept going. It seems like 25% of the time I go there, they give me the wrong wash and use the dirty brushes on the car when touchless was requested. Scratched up my Mercedes G63. Had to take it to a professional detail shop to get the scratches and swirls polished out. Highly advise to stay away
