Having long hair for so long and deciding to cut it was scary. Not only cutting it but coloring it too made me nervous. But Krystal made me look beautiful! She is so genuine and takes the time to make sure I leave there happy! Wash house is the best! And I highly recommend!

my daughter was so excited to have her very first haircut she is 5 years old. everyone was so nice and made sure my daughter was very comfortable I highly recommend this salon we will be going back. I was really worried going into the salon because I had been trying to get this ombre style and the person I was going to before wasn't doing it I walked into Wash House after reading the reviews Kendra did my hair and I can't believe how amazing it came out she had to correct the color from a different stylist she had to fix the cut and then she had to go in and give me the colors I wanted in my hair she did absolutely amazing!!
I cannot give this place enough stars , I haven’t been in New Bedford long and this was my first stop and I’m not going to go anywhere else . You walk in and it’s a great atmosphere , the girls are super sweet , and you just feel comfortable. I’ve been booking with Julia and she hasn’t failed me yet! I’ve been to many salons where the color just wasn’t right at all and not what i wanted but she does exactly what I want every single time. Perfect place to go get a color , cut, blow dry you name it .
Amanda is the best hair stylist. She never disappoints me. I’d recommend her for all your color needs.
Great people and my hair always looks fantastic. The staff is welcoming, personable and my stylist always understands what Im looking for and works to achieve it. Definitely recommend the Wash House!
