I absolutely love getting my cars cleaned at the Roy Wash Factory! The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Huge thanks to Coit for going above and beyond to keep my car looking spotless every time. Highly recommend this place if you care about quality and a great customer experience!

UPDATE: The general manager called me back. He insured that he is getting the vacuums fixed. He also let me know that they are taking measures to insure their toels atent leaves streaks on the windows as well as giving staff some additional training with what they should be doing and how they should be doing it. The Roy location used to be my favorite but it seems to be going down hill. The outdoor vacuums don't work. You might get lucky and find one but tonight I tried 4 different stations and none of them had any suction. The employees need training. One swipe across the windshield doesn't cut it. I pull out after being dried to spots and streaks all over my windshield. Towels can't dry multiple vehicles off, need to trade out more often.
