Unfortunately they need to hire more people. I waited for 30min to get my car dried and vacuumed. This is not acceptable with the prices I’m paying this company.

Paid cash at machine. No change and no receipt, just a very young lady at the window telling me to go to the full svc bay (not what I paid for) to get both. Positive note: the front grill was bug covered from a 12 hour drive from Washington and was thoroughly sprayed down to remove the bugs. Nice touch.

Sometimes have trouble getting the gate to open. I think the problem is our truck was too high and it had problems recognizing her sticker.

Yes, I have been going to this chain or franchise for a number of years. The last 3 times I have been to the different car washes. They have all been terrible. I have not had good customer service. As well as Very little human interaction.And this last time I purchased the ultimate car wash and was not able to fully get the drying and the vacuuming from the inside which is the reason why I purchased it.Because they have their garages are all closed, and it doesn't seem to be properly staffed.
