Yes, I have been going to this chain or franchise for a number of years. The last 3 times I have been to the different car washes. They have all been terrible. I have not had good customer service. As well as Very little human interaction.And this last time I purchased the ultimate car wash and was not able to fully get the drying and the vacuuming from the inside which is the reason why I purchased it.Because they have their garages are all closed, and it doesn't seem to be properly staffed.
Customer service was rude, unprofessional and above all "I don't care" attitude. On of the worst car wash. They will give you offer for half price and still charge you full amount. When you asked them - they will say sorry it's your problem. Never ever recommend here.
Taylor (assistant manager) took great care of us! Highly recommend.
