I’ve attempted to cancel this place three times and they keep billing me regardless I even blocked the charge on my AMEX and somehow still got charged again this morning This is after I sent them another email Friday saying I canceled Beware of unscrupulous billing practices

I have been coming to this car wash for over five years. I am also a past employee so I know the level of quality That is expected from the staff. The past few times I have went to the car wash. They have failed miserably one time. My car didn’t even get vacuumed today. I went in my car didn’t even get dried all the way they just skimmed past the windows, leaving the lower part of the car untouched it sucks because I am a member. I have a ultimate Car wash pass.
