I used the doggy wash station on front st for the first time, and it was horrible!!! The drain would not drain, the water was freezing, and the blow dryer was cold. My poor pooch :-(

Just used wash at joes on front street. Pre-soak didn't work. Triple foam didn't work. Not even a hose for the triple foam and the blower to dry your car was a joke. Completely unsatisfied.

I had a bad wash experience at the carwash in Vestal. The owner personally came to my salon and fixed the problem. Very happy with the customer service

Just had my Mini Cooper washed at the Vestal Location. Not only does it look great, it only cost me $5.00! I'll be back!

Paid with a $20 bill for the $8 carwash and never received my change. Called the number on the receipt and got his voice mail and left a message. Came home and went on their site and sent an email. Got an email back that simply acknowledged my email. Now it is 2 days later and I called the phone number again. It rang and rang and then said to leave a message - only to be told that the mail box was full. There was nothing on the machine to indicate that you should use exact change. How many others got screwed at Joe's wash???
