Went there last week to use the self serve bay. Put in my credit card and received a bill for $15.00 for 7 minutes. Sent a message and heard nothing. So I go back two days ago and the owner is there. I explain what happened. His response was “did you read the sign?”. I told him no, I have been there many times in the past and understood how it worked. t ptlled the phone number several times, no answering machine, no instructions on how to get our $7 back.
330 Main st. Big door says open 24 hours. Pull up to machine and it says closed. What a bunch of bs.
Main St. Location. Used twice. Both $12 option. Film all over car. Had to wipe entire car and clean windows after coming out. Brand new car. Very disappointed.
Their rinse cycle goes so fast and only once it doesn't even remotely rinse the soap off. It had such a film left on the car and windows that it was worse than it was going in. Waste of 12 dollars!
I had an issue yesterday with a broken wash stall. After contacting them they went above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely continue to use Wash at Joes!
By far the best car wash I have ever been to! Joe is a class act through and through! My car has never looked better
