They left a huge mess when they were done (a bigger mess than even the framers), and they only sent out one guy to do our entire house. The timeline that they gave us was six weeks. It took three months. And, they did such an awful job that we had to hire someone to come in and redo about 75% of what they did. If you love your house, don’t hire these incompetent clowns.

I saw that they're working in my neighborhood and I liked the finished work. I contacted them over a month ago to get a siding estimate, left a voicemail on the provided phone number (mailbox was setup with an actual message at least?). Never heard back. Not even a, "Sorry, we're too busy right now" or "we're not doing residential right now." A lack of communication is my #1 Red Flag for any business.

We had WS&RG replace our rain gutters and facis only to have it falling apart shortly after. I called multiple times leaving messages asking for someone to come to do the repairs without a return call. When I did get a hold of Steve, owner/manager. I'd tell him the siding was coming loose, the rain gutter was leaking down the driveway making it slippery and dangerous .
