I have been a resident for almost 2 years, been through the remodeling (which has been a great asset to the property), and met a lot of new residents that are polite to me. I would like to commend all of the staff here at the Escondido location for the great job you are doing for the community and the residents. They have an internal collection department called R2 who they immediately send moving out costs to before allowing former residents to pay. R2 just admitted that they erroneously sent people to collections this month and offered no apology or resolution to rectify.
