My experience with Wasatch Property Management has always been very impressed by their company, leaders, and staff. I work for Capsa, a great local nonprofit focused on providing support for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and sexual abuse, and Wasatch has supported us in projects including building homes for our transitional housing program, serving on our board, and attending our fundraising events. Thank you for always supporting local nonprofits and causes.
I live at the Glen Oaks property in Phoenix. This is my first time in a complex, and, thankfully, it has been a good experience. I like the management here, as well as all of the grounds staff. They are smart, capable, and pleasant. Whenever anything in my unit has needed attention, the maintenance man has fixed it, right away.
