They TOTALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR RESIDENTS! I wish somebody cloud tell me before I get to move in
Non-responsive to tenant issues, slow with snow and ice removal, routine clean-up and maintenance of property not consistent, really young staff who don't seem real sure of what they are doing, not bothering to tell residents of their changes to leases, moveout requirements, etc - when they took over from the previous company, All-in-all -- I'm glad I moved out.
