My younger sister applied for and was approved for an apartment complex Wasatch owns in Sacramento. She had given the complex a $250 holding fee, plus the first month’s rent ($1800). On Thanksgiving Eve, they called to tell her the unit that she had toured and signed a lease for was not available. you didn't give my friend back her deposit of $ 2,000 when you made a mistake and advertised the apartment that was not available. Fix this. Either find her a comparable deal or give her the money back.

I have worked for WPM for 7 years now, It's a Wonderful company to work for. It has truly been a great experience.
This company does not appear to have any standards when it comes to the cleanliness of their properties. I live in one of their apartment complexes in Colorado and they continuously ignore complaints about garbage all over our parking lot. Currently, and for the ENTIRE LAST WEEK, have had garbage all over the lot with one of the dumpsters out of place and the area has not been cleaned up. Still charging late fees during the pandemic
I really dislike that Wasatch Property Management forces me to buy cable TV and internet services from them at a rate that is higher than I could get if I were to buy them directly from the local cable provider (Xfinity). Cable TV is not necessary in this area as plenty of channels can be accessed with an HDTV antenna. Let's be honest about this: the only reason you require residents to purchase this package is because it earns YOU extra money every month, not because you're trying to save residents money.
I just want out of my lease. I was told if apartment living didn't work for my family, I could give a 60 day notice and be let out of my lease without penalty. I want to ensure that this occurs. I want to move the last day in March. I have been dealing with this mildew since October. I moved into my unit in August. I have medically fragile children.
