Denise Vilven I had been to U-Haul to refill my tanks and they said they were expired tanks and couldn't fill them. I remembered passing a propane business on 2700 South and 300 West. I took a chance they could help me. So glad I made the effort! They were more than helpful in testing the tanks for leaks, updating both tanks, filling them and less than $40 dollars later I was on my way. I will be back with my other tank on my barbeque to get updated and filled. Thank you!

Don't care about customer loyalty This business does not seem very customer oriented. The company I am employed by has been a monthly+ customer for years, if not a decade. The company I work for went to pick up their certified tank, and were told by Wasatch Propane that they had "thrown the tank away" due to a late pick up. They had my company's information and did not call. When asked about this, they implied that the customer is supposed to call them. This isn't stated anywhere on the paperwork. polite and friendly. I fill tanks for my BBQ and my trailer. Much cheaper than doing the tank exchange, These guys are great, always very friendly and polite. Fill them up in minutes The other reviewer should be glad that they drive to Grantsville at all.

Great for RVs, not so great if your a parked RV in grantsville... If you live in grantsville, you have to let them know that you need propane before Thursday when the guy comes out. Only day they come out is Thursday, no other day. Sucks plus when you ask polity that you need propane on a friday or saturday or even before thursday, they say they dont deliver on sat and they dont have the time to fill it up any other time of the week. These guys were great – I thought - after reading a review for this place - that my experience would be marginal at best. However, they were extremely friendly and very helpful. I'll be filling my propane tanks in the future (about half the price of Home Depot).

Would not reccomend. – Customer service is a joke, they are rude and short with you when you call. I played my bill and had my receipt and months later they send me a notice stating that I did not pay my bill. I contacted them and faxed them my receipt and thought it was all straightened out, then a month later, they sent me a letter stating that I had not paid my bill and was 3 months late. I contacted them and they got all my information wrong. I also needed propane delivered since I was on 15% and do not like it to get lo... read more
