Over ten years bringing our four kids to these amazing pediatricians. We always feel cared for, listened to, and taken seriously. Dr. Lynch, Dr. Hewett, Dr. Donnelly and several others are wonderful at their work and we’re grateful for them.
The doctors are very kind, wait times are low, and the front staff is helpful. Overall everyone involved seem like great people. But there are two issues: First, they don't have any portal for sending or receiving messages at all. This means that you are required to go in office for even the smallest thing. I assume this is because the doctors do not want to spend the time replying to messages but I've never had a doctor that did not have a portal (according to AI, 90% of pediatricians have a messaging system).
