Awful scheduling, communication, and punctuality. Two scheduled appointments that were a no-show by the office. The first one was in-person and the second online. They claimed to have "Scheduling" issues. Here we are waiting for our third appointment, 20 minutes after our scheduled time and still no show from the doctor. We had to take off work to attend these meetings and it's increasingly more and more frustrating.

Dr. Chamberlain is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have her look after my son. We always feel well supported.

Been coming here since our baby was born and very impressed so far. We see Dr Memmott, who is absolutely fabulous, but have also never had anything but positive experiences with all of the staff here. The desk staff manage to stay calm and kind even when they are obviously swamped, the lactation consultant is friendly and knowledgeable, and the nurses are professional and very skilled. My kids have been seeing Dr. Donnelly for 12 years and we absolutely love him. He's attentive, kind, and educational. The office is open on nights and weekends for sick visits. We've also liked every other doctor we've ever seen for sick visits. Would highly recommend Wasatch Pediatrics Willowcreek!
