I've met with both Dr. Su and Dr. Jou (once for a fetal EKG, once for an infant EKG), and both doctors are fantastic. They're so compassionate and cared so much about sharing their medical knowledge. They both got to give me good news, and they were so reassuring when doing so. If your child needs to see a specialist, this is the exact kind of specialist you want them to see!
I would not be able to say enough good things about Doctor Jou! He was amazing! The experience was so casual and fun that it eliminated both mine and my son’s nerves! He explained things in a way I could understand and helped to feel at peace. He was so kind but also fun with my son. My son is shy but once we got in the car he said “he’s my friend!” I seriously wouldn’t ever go to any other place for heart things! 5+ stars!!! I wish more doctors were like that!
We’ve had two appointments with Dr. Jou, and we’ve been extremely happy with the care we’ve received. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I'm a local sports medicine physician who has sent patients who have irregular cardiac exams here while performing sports physicals - I have always been impressed with the way they handle the patients and referrals, and had only heard great feedback from the patients afterwards. Highly recommend. Dr Jou saw my son for some chest pain as we were referred by our primary care physician. He was very thorough and his bedside manners were fantastic, great listener and definitely worked in partnership with us.
