Wasatch Front Kia is VERY dishonest. ******************* (what a POS) ********************, and their GM will get their Karma. The dealership is very very dishonest. 1st, they advertise cars at a very low price and then add $1700 on to the price for nonsense fees (on top of the delivery fees). When asked what these fees are for we were told, "because we have to make a profit somehow". Advertise the real price!! Don't advertise an artificially low price and then add on to the price under a different, ridiculous name. BUYER BEWARE. Be wary of doing business here. They sold my 83 year old father a 2022 Telluride and charged him $1,000 for a LoJack and $899 for fabric and paint spray (it's leather) which are two of the most common used car dealer scams known to exist. It was predatory behavior against a vunerable part of our society -- the elderly. I spoke with the salesman twice, the finance person, and the general manager of the dealer to try and give them the opportunity to "DO THE RIGHT THING" and refund these items. I bought a car from wasatch Kia just under two years ago and purchased the extended warranty. Unfortunately I had to take it in for an oil leak, malfunctioning lane control and charging system. It took them 24 days to get my car back and did not communicate with me unless I called them first. When I did get it back they had not fixed the lane sense or the charging system claiming they did not have the tools. They shouldn’t sell a warranty on a used car if they can’t fix the problems. they replaced my 02 sensor with a used one not a new one and charged me $900. and my car still wont pass emssions
I would give this 0 stars if I could. Avoid this dealership. No communication unless I called. Told exact price car would be with tax until time to purchase then it was over $1000 more. Trade estimate was $6000 less than originally quoted. Ordered the car "custom" picked all the options I wanted then when I went to pick it up it had different options so it definitely wasn't my order. Had to wait 2 months longer than originally told. This business is mostly pretentious and big talkers. Their claimt to fair market loans are pathetic. They do not handle loans through credit unions as they claim and they cannot match rates as other Credit Unions offer. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and said i was disrespectful for not knowing what kind of car i wanted and asking him to help me compare some models and prices, said i wasted his time and that he didn't get paid to compare prices for me and to come back when i was ready to buy a car from him.
