From the moment we moved into Wasatch it was bad experience after bad experience. Just when I didn’t think it could get worse, something else happened. Upon moving in, the apartment was clearly not cleaned. Maybe a wipe down but there was dirt in the refrigerator, the bathroom still had bars of soap in it from the previous tenant, the vents were coated with dust, the washer was gross (I could go on but you get the jist). I was there for a year and they gouged me for fees left and right. Not to mention the fact that my rent was never the same. I had a 2 bed apt, one room never being used or even slept in. My apartment was left in amazing condition and upon leaving they kept my deposit and charged me an addt’l $500 for things like drip trays and light bulbs. This place is amazing. I had 2 service calls when I moved in. Both were answered in less than 2 hours. This month I had a recurring problem with my washer. Contacted the office Wednesday and was told they would order a replacement. Less than 24 hours later Ryan and Tom installed it perfectly. I doubt it took them more than 15 minutes. Office and maintenance staff here are incredible! Thanks to you all!
I love Wasatch Commons. Their staff is amazing!!! Always willing to get things fixed right away and always have fun activities at the Club house!!!! We just moved out due to buying a house but I sure appreciate all they do!!!
They over charge for everything. Never pay the same amount every month. I do not recommend this place.
The ladies in the front office are amazing. They always treat you like your there favorite person.
Shantel Steinmiller is an absolute Gem!! She made us feel right at home before we even agreed to move in. Beautiful apartments and facilities!
Really great apartment community. Walked through the model unit and talked with the management team onsite, they're awesome! Would recommend to friends.
