They are charging me thousands of dollars extra because my lease is ending… trust me this place is a scam and a waste of your money… small lousy apartments that cost way more than they’re worth don’t waste your time. All of the community areas are filthy, from the pool to the gym to the playground, and the grass is covered in dog poop. Had our heater go out due to the motor having issues. Tyler and Corbin came out and fixed it swiftly and efficiently with a kind and professional attitude. Our apartments in the past let the heater's go out for years! Such a satisfying difference living here.
Corban is a cool, punctual employee he is super friendly and always helpful when it comes to fixing things in my apartment like the garbage disposal. Thank you for your help!!!

The maintenance tech for my apartments ended up having an emergency and was gone for a while, Tyler and Corbin were sent over to handle all of the urgent calls. They did an awesome job getting what they could fixed and made sure to follow through with what they couldn’t fix the day of! Awesome guys, super helpful!
