I got home today, did dishes and my garbage disposal was leaking. I called the office and they sent over maintenance within 5 minutes. They got here so fast. Corbin and Tylor had my garbage disposal fixed within 15 minutes or less and did a fabulous job. They were both friendly and professional making sure everything was good before they left my unit. Thank you guys for being so friendly!!
Have been living in the apartment here for a year now and can’t complain at all! Management staff always super responsive and maintenance guys Corbin and Tyler always come within couple of hours when we need something to get fixed and address the issue right away!
Claimed I owed them for “damages” in the apartment I stayed in for about 3 years when it was really just future renovations for the next tenant. I would not trust the management here, and if you decide to move here, you will be living with cockroaches 🪳
Been here about a year and a half, things are always smooth and had an amazing experience today with my first maintenance call. Corbin came down that same day with the part and got me all figured out and fixed up in like 15 minutes! Plus he was able to help me out with a couple of things that I didn't even know needed fixing! Thanks Wasatch Club for going above and beyond!!!
