The teachers are encouraging and positive! They are knowledgeable without being ego-driven. If you are new to yoga, returning after a long absence (like me), or are a sage yogi with a formal practice, this studio has only WONDERFUL things to offer you!

Agreed! Best kept secret in the Salt Lake valley! My whole family enjoys every minute we are there. I kinda like it being kept secret, then I get it all to myself!
I've only been to one class but it was one of my favorites ever (I'm a certified instructor so I've done a lot of yoga). It was one of the candlelight yoga classes. The studio is really unique and cool too, I love the bulk herbs and spices they sell and it's overall a very welcoming environment.
Such an incredible studio with great teachers. They are very aware of your needs especially for a beginner like me and soooooo helpful! Couldn't have picked a better place than here to practice the art of Yoga and so much more!
