I have been eating sushi for over 30 years. The quality of the fish here is impeccable. They have a wonderful selection of traditional sushi items, typically hard to find in Florida. Items like Torro, Natto, Albacore Tuna, and monkfish liver. The presentation is gorgeous. They also have a wide variety of Americanized sushi rolls, with cooked fish, cream cheese and spicy mayo and eel sauce. I have never seen a problem there with service to me, or anyone else. Wasabi has awesome sushi and hibachi meals. The staff is excellent and always remembers us we have become regulars
