They treat their customers poorly. There was a lady in there today that should have never had to experience that much disrespect
Don't know how to properly treat customers. The management screams in people's faces using profanities after his staff sends the wrong food out to the table. I would never support this business. I don't care if their food tastes like gold. Customer service comes first and if you don't know how to treat people you just can't be successful. What kind of manager screams in a woman's face? On Mother's Day none the less. Disgusting.
Had to listen to the manager scream abuse at a poor lady tonight over a simple mistake on the RESTAURANT'S end... if this is how they treat their customers, I'll not set foot in the place again. Plenty of other places to eat in the area
Crap customer service! Sends wrong food, manager refuses to change it! Manager is extremely rude, yells profanities in customer's faces. That is not how you maintain repeat customer base. I willl NEVER eat at this business...

Wish I could give you a negative rating after hearing how you treat your patrons. I don't understand how you have been in business for as long as you have considering your managers customer service skills. It must be your other staff. I say fire your manager and give the others the raise they deserve.
Delicious Food at a great price! The staff is super and always takes great care of their customers. I recommend highly!
