The lady, Charlene Warwick, who operates this business is rude and treats the tenants in a horrible manner. I have rented a house that she was hired to manage, and she should not be in the business if she is too tired to deal with rental matters. When I called in repairs, the only thing I got was an eviction notice on my countertop when she went into the house without notice. I later called and asked her for a copy of a receipt since I was purchasing a new house and she refused to fax me a copy because I complained. Save you... read more

Been with this agency for 3 years, never have an issue. Takes care of business. Long term is good.
I had two appointments to view two separate properties by Warwick. No one showed or were more than 15 minutes late on both accounts. No call was made to me to let me know of the delay. This is not only rude and unprofessional. But unacceptable for a Realy agency. Seems as though they wanna keep these properties vacant in my opinion. I will be going elsewhere.
We have been with them for quite a while now and I am not impressed in the least. They do not return phone calls, they jerry rig everything, and we had to help them put up our own air conditioner because they didnt know how. I recommend someone else.
