Update: I’m changing from 2 to 5 stars based on my most recent experiences with Warwick Pain Management. Front office staff, particularly Jennifer, has been super helpful and professional in facilitating appointments and receipt of info, etc. Jennifer epitomizes superb customer care and support and communicates very well. If I could give less stars I would. Rude, unprofessional, will make you wait 2 hours past your appointment time ( even when your the only one in the waiting room) just to tell you there’s nothing they can do but will give more reasons for you to come back so they can take your money.
Very poorly run. They schedule appointments 4 weeks in advance, confirm the night before, and then cancel the day of the appointment because they booked me with someone who doesn’t do the procedure I need. Receptionist puts you on hold on the phone without saying she’s doing so. Some office staff are unempathtic and “cold”. Doctor who has treated me is very good (that’s why 2 stars and not 0). This clinic is the most horrible clinic in the nation. The lady specifically named Kimmy along with the office manager named Beciky I think that’s her name not sure. They both were rude, ignorant and belligerent towards me. I still haven’t seen my medical documents since requested in October. This place should go out of business in my option allegedly. .
