I am very disappointed in Warwick Jewelers. My mother has been shopping with them for years. We purchased a ring from Warwick Jewelers that they made a year ago and through no fault of my mothers 2 diamonds fell out. A ring less than a year old should not be losing its diamonds. Instead of helping her, one of the salesmen blamed her for it. I will NEVER shop with them again and will make sure no one else I know does either!

They deserve 0 stars, but unfortunately you have to give them at least one to rate it. My engagement ring was made here with family diamonds. Before we had it made, I asked Anita, our sales lady if appraisals were included and she said yes. I specifically asked about my ring b/c we already had the diamonds...yes we are making the ring...it is included. I called them about setting up the appointment for the appraisal since it was not done before purchasing the ring, and the male who answered said b/c we didn't buy the diamond... read more
