Unpleasant interaction trying to learn if they could help me and I should work with them. Very short and rude.
He’s a debt collector, so of course we don’t like him. BUT I have found that as long as you remain in contact, keep your word, and make payments…he WILL work with you. My one star is because his building is M-F and closes at 5. He also doesn’t have a portal for electronic payments. Which would create a significant difference in MY debt. I would have this already paid off if I could go online. But I have to write a check and mail it or drop it off. Which is extremely inconvenient and quite annoying.
It’s 2025, what company doesn’t accept electronic forms of payment? Ones that try to create avenues to pursue further litigation and billing. Scabs and ambulance chasing types.
Mr wallick was very unpleasant and rude to me
