Great place to live!Clean,amazing views of ocean or city .Value still there but not for long if market turns.Young new ownership group on premisis will help change to more updated tech and looks.Check all the others out then buy Warwick in my opinion.
Cant find much not to love! This building can show great appeciation in value with what it has to offer in my opinion.
Unbelievable views and very nice building for being 50 years old! Very well maintained and young management will change the common areas to a much more updated environment in a short time.That said the pool is awsome.I will most likely purchase at the warwick after viewing all of the compitition close by.( I like AC and the boardwalk and Jitney)
