I have Azerbaijan of knives and sharpener . The blades are 12" long. What were they used for. They may be more than 50 years old. Thanks for any information.
My parents had a set of these their entire lives and still use them today. I was gifted a small set and I will literally never use another knife. I give them as gifts constantly because nobody has ever used such a quality knife and are amazed at the results. I cannot recommend enough!
Best products hands down. Mooney carved me a pair of pliers in his work shop back in the early 70's when i was a young boy, and i still cheris them.
My Dad started me off with a paring, boning knives 30 years ago bought 5 more over the years and 40 plus for gifts and thank you gifts heard you might be adding a 5" chef's knife I suggest calling it "The Little General" small in stature but able to take on anything! would be great for mincing garlic, and herbs!!
The only way this legendary Cutlery could improve is to clean up my kitchen after one of my major kitchen projects!! Love that it’s a local Ohio based business which is only 117 years old! My Grandma Nancy purchased knives back in 1962 and they still cut as if they were just milled. Warther is a true culinary legend! Treat yourself to one...two or three....
