The surroundings at the Wartburg are warm and welcoming, with a lovely interior garden for sunshine and air. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is working hard to keep patients comfortable.
The administration at the Wartburg is top notch. We were treated with kindness and respect during our difficult journey and we are incredibly grateful for what was done to accomodate our numerous requests. Thank you for helping us to navigate a challenging time. We are forever grateful!
Wartburg has an incredible staff, from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The kindness of care, I experienced throughout my stay truly supported my recovery. There were moments I was impatient with my progress, however, the continued dedication and patience of the staff allowed me to gather myself and strengthen myself for the road ahead. I am so thankful for the amazing staff at Wartburg!

they got me up and about with decent food good therapy, pleasant and knowledgeable people and a "healing g atmosphere"
The Nursing Home is horrid. My Aunt frequently has to soil herself because call bells are seldom answered. Scheduled dressing changes are seldom performed. Staff is indifferent to patients needs. They promise they will attend to things but never do. Even had to call the police department one night because her oxygen came off & no one would answer the phones or the call bell.
at Wartburg rehab facility and two days in a row I get here and there is NO security to get in. Then. No nurses available to give me any information. My mother was given her meds AFTER therapy despite even the therapist saying that she needed the meds before to make therapy effective. Asked for a contact regarding my mother’s care and no able to answer me. Shameful.
