Was told I had to reschedule an appointment because I had my children with me. I asked why I wasn't informed of this policy ahead of time and they said it should have been in the reminders. It wasn't. I drove 30 minutes for this appointment. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life and a bunch of expensive gas.
RecommendedI have had great experiences at this office. I usually see Sarah for my annual exam, but today I was supposed to Sarah, but they had me scheduled with Kellie Parker, which was fine. She(Kellie) is so nice, but this was the first time I had met her and had her as a doctor. I am thinking I might alternate between Sarah and Kellie for my appointments in the future. Cant thank Warsaw Womens Center enough for all the love and support through 4 pregnancies and 3 deliveries. Through the good and the bad they were there for us every step of the way. They went above and beyond for us and there are no words that can explain how much that meant to us. God definitely put us with the best group.
