One of the senior loan officers, Paul Hellman reached out to me to do an employment verification for a client of his who was trying to close on a house. The way the loan officer spoke to me was completely uncalled for. I spoke to him a few days prior on my cell, and I specifically told him to call me on my cell if he needed anything further because my mother was in hospice dying, and I wouldn't have access to email. Absolute worst place to apply for ANY credit product ‼️ Maria is rude, dismissive and short with customer. Consistently. I’ve called several times and get the same attention information which is none. The purpose for applying for credit product is beyond missed.
My wife and I closed on a home over the recent holidays. This was our first experience with Warsaw Federal. Paul Hellman and Justin Barry stayed on top of our closing process every step of the way. If they didn't immediately respond to a call or email, they were prompt with follow up; certainly same day.
Been banking here for years and wouldn't go any where else
