Warsaw Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cincinnati was founded in 1893 by Messrs. Franklin Walters, John Weber and Edward Doctor. The three men began the Savings and Loan in a building shared with John Weber's shoe repair shop at 3112 Warsaw Avenue in the Cincinnati suburb of Price Hill. At the time, Price Hill was booming with growth and development. Regarding their mortgage department: Paul Hellman was impatient and rude when asked questions about their physician's mortgage loan requirements. I asked to continue the application process with his boss Shawn Huss who declined to help. This prejudiced behavior cost their company not only a great deal, but a potential repeat lifetime customer. Very unreliable mortgage brokers that don’t answer their phones/return calls at the most critical times.. if you are trying to buy a house, do not go through them!
