My appt was good as it always is.
It was a pleasant experience and very well done.
Dr. German and her staff go above and beyond to provide kind, gentle, and caring service to kids and adults. Each staff member we have encountered has taken the time to first state what they will be doing before they do it. This helps so much with dental anxiety! I recently moved to Warsaw and needed to find a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr. German. Although I was apprehensive after going 32 years to my previous dentist in Crown Point, IN, the Dental Hygienist was courteous, competent, thorough and made me feel comfortable. very pleased with results
I called WFD as a new patient at noon to see if I could make an appointment for a later date. As it happened they had a cancellation for that afternoon (I am sure this is not typical). I went at 2:40 Everyone was Great !! Finished the paperwork. Promptly I was in the chair. Two small fillings and an hour later.. I was finished and on my way home. I have found a new dental office...I recommend highly.
