I have been going to Dr. Wells for a few years now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He truly went above and beyond my last visit and proved to me my dental health is really important to him. Its hard to find a dentist who genuinely cares about your well being and not the bottom line. I can't express how grateful and am it means so much to me. Thank u!
I stared having pain in my tooth over the weekend and by Tuesday I thought I should try to see a dentist. I stopped by Dr. Wells' office and they were able to work me into the schedule at 2pm that very day. The staff was so helpful and nice. I had an xray done of the area hurting. When Dr. Wells looked it over he decided there didn't appear to be anything wrong with my nerve and there are no cracks in the tooth that is hurting. Dr. Wells and his team of compassionate professionals make going to the dentist a positive experience. Dr. Jim is the best at his craft with an emphasis on pain free plus state of the art techniques employed to get the job done correctly.
Being in the Media I get all kinds of offers for free teeth cleanings, exams, etc... so I can talk about them. Dr. Wells is NOT one of those Dentist who has done that. He and his team have just simply been my dentist for over 9 years, and a great dental experience is priceless. Thank You GUYS!

Me and my husband love this dental office. There is never a long wait, and the hygienists are quick, yet thorough. In the past 3 years, have never had a bad experience. Also seem up to date on the latest advancements!
Rhianna, my hygienist, was fantastic. I have a very sensitive mouth and this was the best and least painful cleaning I've had in years. The only reason this isn't five stars is because I wasn't a big fan of the dentist who was filling in while Dr. Wells was on vacation. He was a bit too old school, in an overly hands-on way.
I would highly recommend Dr. Wells for getting a crown! There is no pain and it is so easy and fast!
South Charlotte Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is top notch! Great service, wonderful people and excellent care. I have lived in 7 states and have had a variety of dentists over the years....this one is the best!
