Very good customer service, no run around, answered all my questions, made sure everything I wanted taken care of was done. Made things clear. Told them what I wanted and they figured it out! Ryan Flamm answered every question in detail and found exactly what I needed. Ralph was the sales rep that made sure the vehicle was what I needed for my family.

The staff if very friendly and that’s great, but the child play area is disgusting. All of the toys are broken, they have a few ripped up coloring books and no crayons. The bathrooms are so gross we don’t even use them.

I’ve brought my car in multiple times for warranty repair and they have still not fixed it. $30k vehicle drives worse than the 14 year old car we had before it!!!
Proceed with caution. They will accept your earnest money one day. Have you overnight a check for the full amount of the vehicle the next day. Then sell it to someone else the next day. Breach of contract means nothing to them. They are neither legal nor ethical.
I bought my Jeep from here about a year ago. Rob Modrall was my salesman. He was very nice and personable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They are very nice salesman and people to work with and will make you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend checking them out.
