DO NOT MOVE HERE!! On better business bureau they have a less than one star rating. After being here for 3 years, i only have one thing to say for anyone thinking of moving here DO NOT. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHO CARES.
RecommendedAll in all decent place, my neighbors are quiet as am I, I mind my business and pay my bills, only had 1 issue with an appliance and it was addressed in a reasonable time. I don’t like that we can no longer pay by money order but the online pay is easy, I still don’t understand this other option of payment, I feel they’ve done a very poor job with that. and the apartments and complex as a whole are a little outdated I but all in all it’s a decent place to live.
This place I rate 1 and that’s only because I haven’t rented in 40 years. It took over a month to replace The Fossett in the kitchen. I moved in the apartment with a cracked living room window and was told it was on back order, this was in August it’s now the middle of October still has not been repaired. Rent is 720 add water sewage garbage pick up administration fee risk mitigation and your 750 plus. I’m stuck for a year look anywhere but here or you’ll be stuck to.
