They damaged my wheels during balancing would only refund the $60 that I had paid. Luckily I can afford to replace them. It's more about principle. Accidents happen. If you accidentally damage someone's property you fix it. Bring your vehicle somewhere else.
I ran over a large bolt and went flat immediately. I have a chevy avalanche with expensive all weather tires, and I knew it was possible that I would need to replace it at over $265. But these fine folks did a top-notch repair at $40 and I'm driving just fine. I was ready and willing to purchase a new tire and they could have easily sold me one, but they didn't and I appreciate that. I'll most certainly return when I need their services again.
Warren tire is the only place I'll go to get new tires I'm always satisfied when I leave

I have generally been satisifed with WT, but when on Tuesday my wife was charged $180 to swap 6 spark plugs and wires that I provided, that has changed my opinion
Prior to our vacation we had new tires put on our car. Upon leaving we noticed vibration and a strong pull to the left. Warren Tire never told us at the time of sale that they recommend having car re-aligned. Within 500 miles of our trip we had to stop at 3 dealerships to try to correct issues with the tires and car alignment. Still did not fix the issues, so we had to cut our vacation short and return home. Apparently the tires are no good. Now spending extra time with my car in the shop.
