Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Li.
I am so disgusted with the level of professionalism at this office. The lady at the front desk on several occasions is not welcoming or even nice. The doctors are rude. I had a doctor call me and would not allow me to speak, she kept talking over me and when I told her that I didn't appreciate it, she texted me multiple times saying she was not being rude, it was a bad connection.
