I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dermatologist’s office. Communication was poor from start to finish, and the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. I was rushed, unheard, and treated more like a number than a patient. I called the office to inquire about a bill that was paid and the “office manager” disconnected the call in the midst of my question. Went to the Bethlehem office because I wanted to do a whole body check and I also had two spots on my face that I was concerned about. (Still am) When I tell you the doctor was in and out of that room so fast, looked at my body for just a few seconds. Horrible bedside manners and very disappointing.
First time i was there today. And it was great! Nice people all the way from receptionists and doctor. No long wait and the doctor did what i needed done and then on my way home. Recommend them to anyone
Very friendly staff and Dr is very friendly
I love this place. Dr. Li is positive and cheerful. It's always a pleasure seeing him.
