Warren was an easy pleasure to co-op with on a sale of a house in Sandy Springs. Hopefully we get to do it again sometime!
I have called 3 times now. Once last week, once this morning, and once this afternoon. It's an answering service who answers the phone and says they'll "get the message to him." Yeah right. Hire more people who can manage your properties if you cannot return a phone call within 48 hours....

matt is horrible at keeping his word. doesn't keep place maintained always promising to have things fixed and then doesn't. house was in bad condition when i moved out painted the place and he said wasn't good enough and kept deposit. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
