Please ignore the positive reviews they’re most likely the manager or her 10+ family members living in the park. To start off the management here is highly unprofessional and will make you a target if you speak up. They constantly violate the California Civil Code § 798.26 of the Mobilehome Residency Law by going into your backyard without advising you and will take pictures for you to change stuff to their liking. The manager Claudia harrases everyone especially my family for no good reason and is the reason why the park is so miserable for everyone

It’s a family park, senior pet friendly it has a pool Jacuzzi house where you can play pool. It has a library lit room and if you wanna make up party for the family, you can do at the clubhouse and free. You don’t have to rent or pay the posit the only thing you had to leave it it is clean, you can walk around in nighttime morning safe place to live with the family. You can leave your doors open.
