It is now October 2021. Half of our outside building lights and one inside hallway light that shorted out in March are still not fixed by Warren Management and our HOA. We now have more crime and it is an unsafe situation. I have owned my condo since 2010 and am very disappointed with this association.

Still waiting since June of last year for Warren Management and our HOA to replace our front building rocks. Still waiting, also, for them to fix our outside building lights and one inside hall light that shorted out in March, 2021, due to an ice storm. Emailed, called and phoned Warren Management. Monthly dues increased, but still waiting . . .

So my community employed Warren Management for nearly 7 years, in the beginning their work was satisfactory. We recently canned them due to a couple employees (Heather Smith and Ashley Carmona) taking it upon themselves to interpret our by-laws incorrectly and abuse our disciplinary system. I should also point out how over priced they are, our community paid them nearly 4k a month as the nationwide company we just signed is only charging around 1.5k. Recently, I worked with Warren Management to expediate a quick sale for my clients over the holidays. As a realtor, I always get a nervous when things need to move quickly and a HOA is involved. The team at Warren Management went above and beyond my expectations. Rhonda Spears was out sick, but still called me from her home to make sure all of my questions were answered. Very impressed!
