Ken I've been trying to contact you for an appointment for a month now. Every number I have for you doesn't work. I can't find a number that works or am address on Google. The insurance company can't find any good contact information for you either. You're a great healthcare provider but not if my children and I can't locate you. I hope everything's ok! Please, please update your contact information online!!
At first I loved going here, Ken was attentive and helpful. But over time it became harder and harder to get ahold of him or his office staff. There were times we went weeks with no response. When we could get ahold of him he was a good medical professional but communication was sub par. Recently I tried contacting him for a refill on meds and there was no response. Excellent Healthcare provider who listens to patients and seeks proactive wellness to prevent illness (like Diabeties and lifestyle modification)
Been going to him for over 15 years and now is permanently closed with no notice. I’ve been trying to get refills on my prescriptions for two weeks and phone lines are now off and website says closed. This is patient abandonment and I plan to seek legal actions.

Always takes great care of my children. I've taken them to a clinic setting before and it does not compare. He's very caring and thorough. Has never made me feel like an overdramatic mother.
Extraordinary PCP. He takes time to understand your history and is well versed in general health. He's better than most Specialized Doctors that I've seen. I trust him wholeheartedly. He's a true gem.
