The staff and maintenance is very responsive and always helpful. The gate however is always open.
In 1 year i have not even a single complaint everyone in staff is very friendly and carlos is there anytime for any issue. Wonderful experience
Love it here so peaceful
Had the opportunity to live at Innovation flats in two different buildings. First I loved the affordable price of rent it never increased and only extra I paid was utilities which is normal. In apt 150 I did experience pest issues. Roaches were bad in the older building but when we moved to a 1 bed room new building in the front 1-30 appt are clean and bug free. Maintenance team is incredible Carlos thank you for everything. If I had a request in 30 minutes they would be at my door. Although there's homeless shelter near by ... read more
Amazing apartment community with excellent property management (Precious & Breck) and a responsive, professional maintenance team! Living here has been a great experience.
