Though I am new living here I wanted to share my experience. So far, the complex is lovely. The grounds are very well taken care of! There are a lot of families with kids and pets here, yet it is a very quiet community! It seems diverse which is great, so far management has been great. Matinence response time is very fast! My only complaint is the place isn't insulated well but after speaking to others, this is possibly an issue with every apartment. Besides that, I'm enjoying it here and could see it being our forever home!... read more
My husband and I lived in the Warren Hills Apartments for more than seven years before our recent move, and remained consistently pleased with the well-kept grounds, excellent maintenance, and timely, professional responses and care of the management and team. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for the past four years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The community has always felt safe and well-maintained, and I’ve appreciated the quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Irina, in particular, has been a standout during my time here. She’s always been kind, responsive, and truly listened whenever I brought up any concerns. Irina, in the front office working with management has always been the most Flexible and incredibly kind person to work with. She’s very understanding and always made sure if something needed to be tended to in the apartment she would get Maintence on it. I’d recommend living here.
