The aesthetic damage to my car was predicated by an incident, prior to purchase and unbeknownst to me, that compromised the area. So, while the damage occurred in the dealer's hands, the service manager's (Dayron Gonzalez) commitment to customer service convinced me reconsider my previous 1-star review.
We went there looking for a QX60 2017 with the lease specials that is currently posted in their web page, but apparently this car is completely out of stock (more than 3 months before the end of the year). We were treated by the salesman Hector as if we were there looking to get a car for free. He had zero customer service and laughed at us when we asked questions. He said that he might have one car coming, but that he had about 20 more customers awaiting for that car so it would be unreal saying that he was going to call us... read more
Overall great experience at this dealership. Throughout the sales process to the service center the employees have always went above and beyond to make sure I am happy.
Great experience and excellent service! The service stays great from the day you get the car until the end of your lease (or until you sell). That's why we keep coming back!
