RecommendedHad an appointment at 8am as I pulled up the young man greeted me by my last name. This was odd as I never met him prior I thought that was awesome. The service advisor Juan was knowledgeable and helpful. My ac was fixed within an hour. Outstanding!

My Q50 suddenly stopped working one evening so I called roadside assistance to jump the battery. It was the battery so roadside assistance towed the car to Warren Henry INFINITI the next morning. I explained to the service advisor ( Jorge Lopez ) that the car would not start. The service department was quite backed up so he warned me it would be a little while before they could see what was going on. So he got me out of the dealership rather quickly with a loaner vehicle.
