Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Not only was Dr. Kaplan unprofessional with a comment he made during my first visit, that his staff also did not follow up with my lab results!! I called and the receptionist was very short and not pleasant at all. My problem needed medical attention. It may not seem important to them, but when medication is involved you need to followup with your patients. I guess talking about not work related things are more important. Definitely not a place to recommend anyone to.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
