Check in at 0730 am, i have appt #12 pm, they give me a dock at 08 am and loaded me at 0930, they don’t have overnight parking but truck stop just 2-3 miles away- pilot travel center and sapp bros truck stop.
It's a great company and the staff are great. My appointment was at 2 pm but I showed up 4 hours early and the shipment was loaded right away They don't have overnight parking
Friendly, hard working staff. Lots of room to maneuver. Gave me a door right away 8 hrs before my appt, finished loading in less than 30 min.
Good place for pick up and the people were nice!
When you get here PARK IN A PARKING SPOT! DONT be that ass blocking the way of what’s going on in here. There’s plenty of spots to park out of the way to go check in. I showed up here wicked early for my load. They let me know that they may not be able to load me early and asked me if I needed to go get lunch or anything first. I chose to stay.
