Went to have my teeth cleaned, 20 minutes, sorriest cleaning I have ever had,,billed me $414.00,, insurance company paid most of the bills but they always bill me extra, no transparency, you never know what the final bill is , I have contacted the NC Dental Board, I am filling a complaint because they are just a rip off ,,I am so disappointed in the way that they bill you. Scheduling was a breeze. The staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly Anayeli, and Dr. Bassiri was very attentive. On top of everything else, the pricing was great! I am very pleased with my experience at Warren Dental Center South!
I stop in the office on new Walkertown road yesterday to see if they took the insurance that I have worn my job. The lady was like yes we do take it and she ask me was I having any problems with any teeth, I said yes and she made me an appointment for today at the south office. When I arrived at the office I was greeted with pleasure by everyone. I will be going back to this location for my dental work. Dr.Warren was so smooth with his work, I didn’t know he had finished with my tooth.That I came in to get work done too.
